Typically, ALPHA-1 ENERGY's principals are able to provide funding for small and medium scale field development while sourcing for fund through existing platforms for large-scale investment opportunity in any one prospect., and Iinvestment of this nature are driven by Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) throughby putting together a team of industry professionals assembled to collaborate with these technically and financially proven Partner(s). ALPHA-1 ENERGY is assembling investors/partners to participate and in selected investment prospects in Nigeria and Africa with an aggregate investment in projects of Multibillion USD. ALPHA-1 ENERGY’s principals invest approximately 40-80% in these opportunities.
